Our two-day process protects against all moisture-related issues (read our warranty), ensuring your floor is strong and built to last. We’ve seen 1-day systems fail due to moisture in just a few years, time and time again (this is why they don’t warrant “moisture-related issues”).
Here’s how we install our quality coatings:
- Prep the Concrete: We start by grinding the surface with high-end diamond grinders to create the perfect “profile”, ensuring a strong bond with the first (primer) coat.
- Base Coat: We apply a thick (high-build) base layer of a moisture-mitigating, 100%-solids epoxy. This slow-curing primer coat deeply penetrates the concrete and acts as a moisture vapor barrier, providing a strong foundation.
- Add Style: We broadcast your selected flake blend into the wet primer coat. Choose from a range of flake blends. (Or, consider our metallic flooring options). Either way, get the look you want.
